Magnetic line material screening

 　Because the magnetic material itself is high in hardness, high in viscosity, easy to clump and fly; therefore, the screening problem in the production process has been difficult to solve. After many experiments, using vibrating screen and ultrasonic vibrating screen equipment, only rough screening, screening is difficult to carry out effectively, not only the output is low, the particle size exceeds the standard, but also the dust is flying, and the pollution is serious.

   Our special airflow screen for magnetic materials connects the airflow screen to the production line in series, that is, wet milling-drying-smashing, airflow screen and packaging. In this way, the entire system is rigorous, airtight, free of dust, the sieved magnetic materials are of high fine quality, and there is no environmental pollution caused by raw materials.
