1. Drive device

 

 

The driving device of the screw conveyor includes three parts: an electric motor, a reducer, and a coupling. The motor is responsible for driving, and the reducer prevents the conveyor from being damaged due to the too fast speed of the screw shaft. The coupling is responsible for transmitting power to the screw shaft.

 

 

2. Spiral blade

Spiral blades can be mainly divided into three types: solid helical surfaces, belt helical surfaces, and paddle helical surfaces.

Solid spiral surface: With simple structure and strong conveying capacity, it is suitable for conveying dry granular or powdery materials with good dispersion. It is the most widely used blade type

Belt spiral surface: The spiral pitch is the same as the diameter of the spiral blade, suitable for conveying powder and small materials

Paddle type spiral surface: It is mainly used to transport materials with high viscosity and Compressibility. This spiral blade has the function of mixing and mixing materials during transportation.

 

3. Casing

It can be divided into "U" shaped casings and circular casings. Circular casings are mainly used for sealing equipment feed, and it is recommended to transport materials horizontally for spiral conveyors with U-shaped casings (casings are not sealed).
