The linear vibrating screen is one of the most common sieving equipment, which could be adjusted to 1-6 layers according to customers’ specific needs with a large capacity. However, with the popularization of linear vibrating screen, some of problems are coming. One of them is the capacity is lower and lower. Now, the technician from Dayong Vibration Equipment Company would analyze the causes of this problem.
1. The aperture ratio is too low.
The direct result of this cause would decrease the sieving capacity. Higher aperture ratio would increase the sieving efficiency. Generally, the aperture ratio of stainless steel screen cloth is higher than welding sieve.
2. Inaccurate sieving method.
There are two sieving methods as wet sieving method and dry sieving method. For the material could be used wet sieving method, the blocking of material would be decreased at the water’s function. For the material could be used dry sieving method, the moisture must be controlled strictly for preventing blocking net.
3. The blocking rate is too high.
For easily blocking material, the operator should install bouncing ball or brusher to clear the net so as to improving sieving efficiency.
4. The angle of inclination is not suitable.
Reasonable adjusting of inclining angle could adjust the thickness of material on the screen surface, and improve the sieving efficiency.
