The operation and installation of jaw crusher

1. It is suggested that the machine should be installed on the concrete foundation as its large vibrating quantity when working. Reducing and absorbing the vibration and noise can avoid the vibration caused by machine working affecting the building foundation. Laying hardwood liner, rubber belt or other slow-vibrating material in the middle of the crusher and concrete foundation would be the best.

2. The foundation weight is about 5-10 times as heavy as the machine. The foundation depth should be greater than the frozen land depth. About the machine’s installation and anchor bolt’s position, refer to the foundation drawing.
