The main differences between rotary vibrating screen and discharge sieve

The vibrating screen is widely used in industry. With industrial development, different capacity, different material, the restriction of ground and the different screening accuracy. Many types of screening machines have emerged. Such as rotary vibrating screen , linear vibrating sieve, testing sieve, discharge sieve.Everyone is familiar with rotary vibrating sieve, but what’s discharge sieve ?


The main difference between rotary vibrating sieve and discharge sieve as below:
A : the motor of rotary vibrating sieve is vertical vibration motor, in operation process, the upper and lower hammer are running simultaneously and heterodromous to engender the force so as to push the sieve to do the Three-dimensional vibration in vertical, tilt, horizontal.


B: The motor of discharge sieve is horizontal vibrating sieve, the one motor is enough in normally, If it need the big vibrating power, we will install two motors.


C : The discharge sieve is used to remove impurities(80% raw material is under the sieve ). The small granule and fine raw material in great majority. Such as flour and fertilizer.


D : Experiment results shows that Dayong brand discharge sieve has a great accuracy and efficiency, both >95%. The outlet was set below the sieve body, the discharging speed is much quicker.
