The installing process of discharge vibratory sieve

1. First, the operator installs the rubber spring on the pedestal. The rubber is easy to install and disassemble without lubrication, which has a great damping effect and good effect of soundproof.
2. Put bottom frame and outlet on the rubber spring. 
3. Install the motor. Install the horizontal on the bottom frame with quick locking nut.
4. Put the sealant on the screen frame edge, then spread the screen cloth on the screen frame and press the screen cloth with the frame. Last, tighten the screws one by one.
5. First to install the seal ring, then put the dust cover on the screen frame, last to lock the dust cover and the frame with the clamp.
6. Test run after installation.
