1. The pedestal was installed on the ground to make the front and back suppporting seat level, the error  should be kept less 2mm.

2. Choose the same rigidity springs in one machine, and the support point should be level, the error should kept less than 2mm.

3. When it is need to adjust the angle of screen cloth, the operator should loose the fixing scrw, rotating the upper supporting pedestal and heighten(or reduce) the back supporting seat. Adjust the distance of front and back supporting seat to make the angle of screen cloth suit for requirement. 

4. All parts should be connected stably. All screw should not be loose, all parts should not give out abnormal noise. The vibrating parts should be kept less than 30-50mm with surrounding things. 

5. The double amplitude was adjusted to 6-8 mm before leaving factory. The operator could adjust the angle of major and assistant eccentric block to change the exciting force so as to adjusting the amplitude according to need.
