Installation of LS screw conveyor

1  This type screw conveyor was recommended to install level. If there are sticky and wet raw material, the downword angle also could be add to 15°.
2. The screw blade should be kept 10mm interval with enclosure to make the material discharge fluently.
3. The installed screw should be kept level, in case the material deviating to another side.
4. The screw conveyor should be installed at the direction of electric schematic diagram and make ground protection.

Test run of LS screw conveyor

1. The operator should check whether there are foreign matters before the machine starts, check whether the fastener is stable, check whether the electric wiring and insulation is well.
2. When testing run, check whether the main axle's movement direction is correct, if not, replace any phase to adjust.
3. When run normally, check whether the screw conveyor is stable, whether the electric current is in the rated value, check whether the sound is normal, whether the discharge capacity is matched for the requirement.
