The installation and maintenance of vibratory feeder

Installation:
1. The vibratory feeder outlet should be installed 10° downward, 15° downward when the sticky materials and the much water content. If it is used for dosing or quantified feeding, the vibratory feeder should be installed horizontally to prevent the material backflow and keep material balanced and steadily.
2. The installed machine should be keep at least 20mm moving clearance to keep the machine free state.
3. To avoid the materials skewing to one side, the installed machine should be crosswise horizontally.
4. Please wire based on the electrical schematic diagram, and make ground protection.
5. The suspension system should used with flexible connection.


Test:
1. Before run the machine, the operator should check whether the included angle between the fixed eccentric block and the adjustable eccentric block is consistent, check whether the fasteners is firm, whether the wiring and insulation is good.
2. Keep two motors operate with reverse moving and constant speed, no co-transporting. Check wether the motor cover has friction with the eccentric block because of out of shape.
3. Keep all the hangs balance, if the feeding quality cannot meet the motors' demands, the operator can adjust the included angle between the eccentric blocks on vibration motors.
