The features, operations and maintenance of gyratory vibrating screen

Features:
1. The streamline inner outlet design, the material would not heap, prevent cross contamination.
2. It is easy to press the screen cloth with the quick lock clips.
3. This machine was widely used in particle material, grading of crushing material and regrinding of some particle and powder.
4. Less dust, low noise, slight vibration, run smoothly.

Operation:
1. Check whether all the parts is normal , whether the fasteners is loose, especially the vibration motor.
2. The operator should stop the machine if find any abnormal sound, cannot start before the malfunction is done.
3. In the first 100 hours, the motor is in the test running, the foundation bolt should be fastened after every use.
4. After every use, the operator should check whether there are material in the machine so as to prevent the block on the mesh.

Maintenance:
1. Check and clean the screen cloth regularly, check the screen tension or damaged.
2. After running 200 hours, the operator should lubricate the vibration motor and add lubricating oil to the bearing with grease gun. The lubricating grease should be calcium-sodium base grease.
