Chain deviation

1. The chain conveyor installation is bad

 the shell body is uneven and the straightness is too large

‚ head and tail wheel misalignment

ƒ head and tail shaft deflection

2. The shell body is heated and deformed largely

3. The tension level of tension device is different and the tail wheel shaft has deflection

1. Check the installation quality

2. Correction or replacement

3. Re-adjustment

The chain, pin and shaft are snapped

1. The bottom feed hopper is jammed

2. The chain quality is bad or it wears seriously

3.  Full-load start or sudden excessive feeding

1. Remove the material regularly

2. Change the chain again

3. Uniform feeding after artificial discharging

The chain wears fast

1. The chain quality is bad

2. Bad working condition: the chain speed is fast in high humidity, high temperature and strong corrosive

3.  The material is too much at the bottom and the jammed hopper impacts the chain

4. The two chain wheel aren’t synchronous and it makes the chain force are uneven

1. Change the chain

2. Select a larger chain to reduce the chain speed

3. Eliminate the material regularly

The chain suddenly make a sound

1. hard objects fall into the shell body and jam the chain
