The adjustment, use and maintenance of the vibration table

1. It's normal phenomenon the vibration table would swing drastically in few seconds when the machine start and stop. but it will be normal about 5 seconds.
2.The adjustment on exciting force:
The exciting force had been adjusted to 50% of rated value before leave factory. If client want to rectify the handling capcity, please adjust the exciting force as follows:
a. Put off the motor cover at both sides of the vibration motor, loose the fastening bolt on the adjustable exciting block,
b. Rotate the adjustable exciting block to enlarge and decrease the angle between with fixed exciting block according to scale on the exciting block
c. Use the ruler to measure the distance between the two vibration blocks' sharp angle to promise the same adjusting on both sides
d. After adjusted, lock the bolt on the adjustable vibration block tightly, and put on the motor cover both motor sides.


3. The maintenance:
a. After installation and put into production, the operator should check fasteners on vibration motor once a day. Retighten it at once when it is loose.
b. After a week you can check the bolt once a month. To ensure the production capacity of the vibration table, the operator should clean the residual foreign matter on the table before start.
