Straight discharge screen

Straight discharge screen was first used in flour cleaning industry, so it is also called as flour screen. The small type mainly uses single horizontal vibrating motor as the vibrating source with the vibrating motor installed on one side of the machine. The large type usually adopts double horizontal vibrating motors as the vibrating source. Signal vibrating source can mainly cause up-and-down vibration without auto-discharge function. Double vibrating source can cause vortex motion on the screen surface with auto-discharge function. It is mainly used for flour, starch, washing powder, metal powder, additive, chemical，non mine industry egg, drum skin, thrum, label, stone and other impurity component. Rough screening(larger mesh number), large handling capacity and easy combination of the production line generally.
