Problems to be noticed in the use of ultrasonic vibrating screen

Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a machine that added a set of ultrasonic generator on the base of ordinary three dimensional vibration screen. This system adds a low amplitude and high frequency ultrasonic wave on the traditional vibration sieve mesh to make the sieve surface produce supersonic that the naked eye can’t see.

What should be paid attention to in the using process of the ultrasonic vibrating screen?
1.Change the fan that has too large noise in the internal case with the same specification fan.
2.The joint connecting the cable should be tightened and check the joint whether it is loose or not regularly.
3.The screen mesh must be taut, or it will affect the vibrating effect.
4.The ultrasonic generator should be placed in a well-ventilated place which is convenient to radiating. This can prolong the service life of the system.
5.When the abnormal work happened, if you can’t eliminate it yourself, please contact the manufacturer. The case shouldn’t be opened by non-professional personnel to avoid electric shock.
6.The output power is the smaller the better in the condition of meeting producing requirement.
