2. In the case of satifying the need of output, the vibration ampitude had better not beyond 200 μm.

3. No cutting off the power source of the vibrating screen when the screen frame doesn't load anything. Otherwise, the power flow ,the screen frame and the transducer would be damaged easily.

4. The screen cloth must be tightened, or else, ultrasonic output and the effeciency of vibration would be affected.

5. For preventing the dust in, tighten the docking screw on aviation plug and transducer, and then wrap it well with insulted rubber tape. Be careful to protect the rubber tape when the machine is used.

6. Check wether the nut on the connecting line is tightened with the transducer, whether the transducer is locked with scree frame (the locking strength is 40-50kg) before using the machine. On operating the machine, be careful to protect the transducer box and the HF connection cable, the socket and the plug should keep away from water.

7. When replace the screen cloth, in case of damaging the resonator, the operator should use the sharp wallpaper knife to scrape the defictive gum on the inner screen frame (or on resonator) rather than use the angle grinder grinding to polish.

8. Every ultrasonic system includes a ultrasonic vibrating screen power source, a stripe of HF connection cable, a transducer and one screen frame. Please don't use these spares with other companies' products.

9. It's better to chose the 504 glue to glue the screen cloth, make the glue on screen frame thin and keep the net surface tension balance (if it is necessary, you can use a tensiometer to check the net surface tension).
