1. Check components: Before the machine is installed, the operator should check whether every part on the packing case is completed and no damage according to packing list. 

2. Sling machine: The operator should sling the screen on the screen box trunnion, should not sling the machine on the exciter directly.

3. Install machine: The operator had better keep the space at least 75mm between the screen box, hopper, trough and other non-moving parts.

4. After installation: After the machine had been installed, the screen should be kept level, if not level, the operator could add slight sheet iron between the spring pedestal to keep it balance.

5. Spring installation: The spring must be vertical, the supporting structure should be fixed on the trunnion of the screen box.

6. Before test: To make sure the V-belts has sufficient tension, adjust the two pully end to one plane. The operator should use hand(or other ways) to rotate exciter to check whether the exciter run stable and smoothfly.

7. Test run: After the installation and the maintenance is over, the operator should keep the machine work at least 2 hours to check it that wether it is smooth, whether there are abnormal sound, the temperature of the bearing cannot be over 75℃.

8. Adjustment after test: Users can increase and decrease the number of the deputy eccentric block, the range of the amplitude according to the pracital condition to meet their demands.
