1. Do better the work of lubrication, which could make the machine work smoothly and last a long service life.

2. This roller screen  adopts calcium base grease as its lubrication grease.

3. Before leaving the factory, this roller screen had been totally lubricated. Client could add greases regularly according to the using condition. There are two sections need to lubricate on the roller screen, the top and bottom of the bearing pedestal.

4. Don't add any gresdes when the roller screen is working.

2. Maintenance:
1. There should be a professional operator to watch out the roller screen.

2. Don't maintain the machine when it is working.
3. Check whether all the fasteners of the machine is stable, whether it works smoothly.
4. Clean the working site after using.
