Iron oxide yellow round separator test run

Accompany with fine rain, the all salseman went to our factory for learning product knowledge and make a test for our customer.Our customer's material is iron oxide yellow, a ferrum dioxide. Here below is the information our customer supplied:

Melting Point：350-400℃
Property: Not dissolves in water

First, according to the information client had supplied, we decide to make a test run with our DY stainless steel round separator. 


Before test run, we made some sealing of this machine, preventing the dust flying in testing.


After finishing prepared work, the test run works fluently.


25kg material was separated in 8 minutes, the effect as below.


In testing process, we found that the iron oxide yellow has stickyness. When this machine works, the material is easy to cake and stick on the screen frame. Accordign to this property, the stainless steel round separator is not suit to this material. So we decide to use our DY rotary sifter to test again. Please pay attention to our website constently.
