In the operating process of rotary vibrating screener, the operator must guarantee the stability of the frame. The screener box would shake if the the frame cannot be fixed well and the material would be separated in a non-uniform way.

When press the net, the screen cloth should be tighten enough. If the screen cloth is flabby, the screening efficiency would be affected. The width of the screen cloth and frame should keep consistent, and the screen diameter should be about 50-70 - mm longer than the frame diameter. 

Generally, the movement of motor has been adjusted by operator before leaving factory. But in the installing process, the operator would exclude the basic malfunctions. 

The client should choose different types of machine and screen cloth according to different needs. The client should asked for suitable type machines and put into materials as technician's direction.
