During the use of the screw conveyor, you must pay attention to daily maintenance, so that it can cooperate with other equipment to the greatest extent, ensure production volume and efficiency, and extend the life of the equipment.

(1) Lubricant should be added regularly to transmission parts such as bearings, gears and chains.

(2) After the box conveyor is out of service, the wear of the spiral blades should be checked and repaired if the wear is serious.

(3) The conveying capacity must not be overloaded, otherwise the material will not be discharged, causing bending of the screw shaft and swelling of the box.

(4) When the conveyed medium has a high degree of condensation, you should pay attention to whether the expansion and contraction of the box changes freely and there are no stuck places. If there is any problem, solve it as soon as possible.

(5) When the conveyor makes harsh noise during operation, the cover should be opened and inspected to eliminate the fault.
