Ultrasonic Vibration Screen for Matcha Tea
At present, the matcha tea industry mainly uses ultrasonic vibrating screens to screening the matcha, so how about the screening effect of ultrasonic vibrating screens? This mainly depends on the speed of the sieve.
The sieving speed of the vibrating screen should be combined with the particle size of the raw material itself, the size of the mesh, and the efficiency of the raw material of the vibrating screen.
Usually after the matcha is grinded, most of the fineness is more than 600 mesh, but some tea stalks, fibers and other impurities need to be screened out. The number of sieved meshes is currently set at 80 mesh, which means that the bigger size than 80 mesh sieves need to be returned for re-milling.
The matcha ultrasonic vibrating screen produced by our company, combined with the customer's material situation, adds an ultrasonic system as the mesh cleaning device on the basis of the rotary vibrating screen, which can effectively alleviate the screen plugging.
