Custom Linear Vibrating Screens for Plastic Pellets

Xinxiang Dayong Vibration Equipment Co., Ltd. recently made two special linear vibrating screens for a customer. These screens help sort plastic pellets and solve the customer’s screening needs perfectly.

The linear vibrating sieves are 600mm wide and 800mm long, making them easy to use and maintain while still working very well. They have one layer of screen with carefully chosen hole sizes to sort plastic pellets accurately.

A great feature is the three discharge ports. These let the machine separate plastic pellets by size, making the screening process more flexible and precise. The customer says these screens have made their work faster and improved the quality of their products.

This project shows how good Xinxiang Dayong is at making custom screening machines. It also strengthens the partnership between the company and the customer. In the future, they will keep working together to find even better and smarter ways to screen materials.
