Challenge: Customers face the challenge of fine screening and sorting of mineral powders during production. They needed an efficient, hygienic and reliable screening solution that would meet their stringent requirements for product quality. In addition, they hope to be able to conduct fine screening according to the size of different powder particles and achieve high-precision sorting.

Solution: We work with our customers to provide them with a solution. We provided them with a 600-type rotary vibrating screen made of stainless steel, equipped with an 80-mesh ultrasonic screen suitable for fine screening. The application of ultrasonic waves can effectively separate fine-grained mineral powders and achieve high-precision screening and sorting.

 

Results: By using our solution, this customer successfully achieved fine screening and sorting of mineral powders. The ultrasonic screen equipped with the rotating vibrating screen can accurately separate fine particles, improving the purity and quality of the product. The customer was very satisfied with the solution we provided and plans to continue using our equipment in future expansions and recommend it to other mineral powder manufacturing companies.
