         All the metal materials are from the metallic ores. Because of the metal resources is non-renewable, these resources has become less and less under the mining of human. Thus, the resource shortage must be a great challenge for human in the future. The usage range of metal is very large, but its eliminate rate is too high due to the special character of easy to rust, wear and corrode. Optionally discarding the abandoned metal, not only pollutes the environment, but also wastes limited resources. So, the recycle of abandoned metal can be reached the same voice in all around world.


Client Introduction:
         A British client told us he need series equipment for recycling the abandoned metal. We were honored to have a great communication and negotiation with him. After knowing his feeding material size, the discharging material size, capacity requirement and voltage, we customized the specialized production line for him. After got client's permission about our design and decision for ordering this production line, we arranged the producing immediately.


Features of machine:
         According to client's requirement, we designed and manufactured the hammer crusher and belt conveyor for the connection of his production line. The hammer crusher possesses such distinctive features as large crushing power, durable hammer, huge capacity, simple structure and operation, which could cater to customer's requirement of different size metals. Considering the metal materials would be conveyed with a inclined way after been crushed, the conveying belt adopts V-type belt to enlarge the frication of material. The reducer was installed on the motor to control the speed of belt at client's want. Aprons on two sides to prevent the material leak and block. Every detail we did only for client's specific requirement of production line.
