3. How we get communication:
On 13th, November, we reached a great deal about this order. Before we made it, this client sent us a drawing of his production line from E-mail and some raw material pictures. With his cooperative action, we finished this project quickly in a few time. Finally, he was very satisfied with our plan and confirm our design quickly. 
4. This machine is in manufacturing, we would give some machine's pictures seven days later. The following is the  raw material pictures.
