American pigment vibratory sifter

1. The application of pigment.
        The pigment was divided into soluble pigment and insoluble pigment, which is widely used in coatings, printing ink, dyeing, plastics, paper-making and ceramics industries. Different industries need different size powder or particles. So how to get different sizes pigment powder is the major step in the different industries' production lines.

2. Why vibratory sifter is suitalbe for getting pigment ?
        The vibratory sifter manufactured by Dayong Macinery not only possesses high precision and efficiency, large capacity and other common features, but has some distinctive features such as gate design, buffer design. The gate design would increase the screening efficiency by closing the gate on the first frame. The buffer design would decrease the damage of the first screen cloth. This American client is a printing ink producer and he want a fine pigment powder to make printing ink. But the pigment is easy to clot when it meets the wet. So after our recommendation, he chose the gate design on the vibratory sifter called DY-1000-1S.

3. The casing and delivery.
       After five days' communication, this American client confirmed this order with our salesman. This vibratory sifter had been manufactured totally in seven days after our designer delivering lay out to production department. The following is the picture of the casing machine. We had ordered a thickened box for this machine's casing to prevet the damage when transporting. we would delivery it from Qingdao port on 25th, November, 2015.
